Dairy-Free Ice Cream Producers Launch New Flavour
Leeds-based ice cream innovators, Northern Bloc, are launching a brand new flavour.
The vegan-friendly Salted Caramel & Almond Swirl ice cream made its debut at Vegfest at Olympia, London, in October. It is perfect for anyone who is dairy-free, lactose intolerant or those who are trying to incorporate more plant-based meals into their diet.
Containing caramelised almond pieces with a caramel swirl, it is made using only natural ingredients, with no additives.
Founder of Northern Bloc, Josh Lee, commented: “At Northern Bloc, we are leading the way in vegan innovation. Ice cream is both an art and a science. The Salted Caramel & Almond Swirl ice cream will be in Co-op stores nationwide retailing at £5.
