Co-op partners with White Rabbit to bring out an exclusive frozen vegan pizza

Today is an exciting day for vegan pizza consumers in the UK – as Co-op announce the news of their new partnership with White Rabbit, to exclusively stock a tasty new frozen vegan pizza! Available in Co-op stores from today, the new vegan pizza is also White Rabbit’s first-ever frozen launch.

Not only is the Frozen food category great for the sake of convenience, but it provides low-cost, great quality alternatives to fresh food that can last longer, be available on hand and is fast and easy to prepare.
With education on frozen products proving that frozen can also mean healthy, the category continues to grow and become more adventurous.
White Rabbit’s first ever frozen range will launch in Co-op with the new Sizzlin Jackfruit, (£3.75), a gluten-free, sourdough base topped with pulled jackfruit marinated in a spicy vegan harissa sauce, with chargrilled peppers and a generous amount of creamy, decadent mozzarisella ®.
The jackfruit pizza is perfect for those that want to indulge in big flavours without compromising on the quality or skimping on toppings, it’s also the ideal choice for a dinner party, eliminating the need to provide multiple options for those with dietary needs.

Who are White Rabbit?
White Rabbit’s co-founder and chef, Teo Ferrari grew up in Bergamo, Northern Italy mastering his art in the kitchen of his family’s restaurant.
The White Rabbit Pizza Co was born when Nick Croft-Simon and Italian pizza maestro, Matteo Ferrari, met as students, whilst working at The White Rabbit Pub, in Oxford.
