Oggs make ready-to-use aquafaba – an egg substitute made from cooked bean water.
They have recently launched a brand new range of hassle-free, plant-based cakes made from their own brand of aquafaba.
The iced cakes come in four flavours: Zesty Lemon, Salted Caramel, Victoria Sponge, and Chocolate Fudge. Each are boxed in 100 per cent recyclable packaging.
They are currently available in Sainsbury’s and Waitrose. The cakes will be priced from £4.25 for a 4 pack, £2.20 for a 2 pack of mini cakes, £4.95 for a 5” cake, and £4.25 for a 9 pack of mini cupcakes.
