High street chain cafe EAT is adding to its menu with Grill Club – a line it describes as a ‘new and indulgent hot sandwich range’.
The range, which will be available from March 1, includes a vegan option – the Butternut, Chickpea & Harissa Flatbread (£4.25).
It is described as: “A vegan Moroccan treat: roasted butternut squash, harissa houmous, spiced chickpeas, spinach, fresh herbs and pumpkin seeds in a khobez wrap.”
In addition, a sweet vegan course will be added to the menu. The Avo-Choc Shot (£2.50), is ‘a rich, indulgent and dairy-free chocolate pot made with dark chocolate, avocado and coconut milk’.
