London café becomes completely plant-based

A café in Waterloo has changed hands – and the new owner has committed to a completely vegan menu.

Love and Scandal, on Lower Marsh, is now serving 100 per cent plant-based products.

The eatery’s website is not yet properly up and running, so nothing else is yet known about the transition.
