Ikea Goes Meat-Free for Christmas

The Furniture Company Bid Farewell to Meat This Christmas

Swedish furniture retailers IKEA, have announced that they will be serving a totally meat-free menu this Christmas in all of their in-store restaurants.

The reason behind the move is because Ikea wants to offer more planet-friendly and sustainable meals, at a low price.

Customers will be able to purchase two new meat-free meals in the restaurant that are set to include a vegetarian Brie and Cranberry Open Tart and a vegan Root Vegetable Tart Tartin.

The festive offerings will be on sale from the 4th November in Ikea stores nationwide.
