Fresh additions to Tideford Organic’s vegan line

Food company Tideford Organics put its money where its mouth is earlier this year, with a move to producing vegan-only products, including soups, misos and sauces.

Now soup-loving consumers can get their mitts on a couple of special new summer flavours – Summer Pea, Coconut and Turmeric Soup and Gazpacho Andaluz with Cucumber and Red Pepper.

According to a spokesperson for Tideford: “An Asian take on a classic flavour makes Pea, Coconut and Turmeric Soup ideal for warmer months, as a light lunch or evening meal. Bursting with organic British peas, it’s a great source of protein and fibre to keep you feeling fuller for longer.

“Tideford Organics’ Gazpacho Andaluz with Cucumber and Red Pepper is traditionally served cool and in summer, when tomatoes are at their best. Gazpacho is the definitive Andalusian dish. Red Pepper adds a delicate sweetness, balancing the slight acidity from the tomatoes, a nutrient-dense superfood rich in vitamin A and potassium and low in calories.”
