The popular bar and restaurant chain is adding to their vegan menu
The UK-based pub chain The Slug and Lettuce impressed us back in January when they produced a sizeable veganuary menu, making them one of the more popular choices for vegans, flexitarians and vegan-curious foodies.
National Vegetarian Week
Now, as of the 15th May (smack bang in the middle of National Vegetarian Week), there will be 12 more tasty additions added to their restaurant menu.
A few of the delicious dishes available will include a Smoky Soya Sloppy Joe tostada (a vegan smoky bacon-flavoured crumb with Violife cheese, crispy onions, peppers and vegan mayo), the B-12 enriched Moving Mountains burger in a beetroot bun served with a chickpea and kale Salad, as well as some tasty Salted Caramel Bites for dessert.
