Pizza Express launches vegan house dressing

Italian food chain, Pizza Express, has announced the addition of a vegan version of its light house dressing in ASDA in April.

The pizza chain has a retail range of products, and launched its vegan giardiniera pizza into supermarkets around the UK. The brand’s standard house dressing contains egg, with the new version being free from all animal products.

The creamy dressing can be used as a dip or drizzled over salads.

The brand said: “If you’re looking to shake up your summer dishes, the long-awaited vegan version of the famous House Light Dressing is set to become an essential.

“For light lunches or al fresco dining, you’ll be inspired by the new vegan dressing – which makes for the perfect accompaniment for any meal.”

In its restaurants, Pizza Express have just launched vegan garlic and rosemary flatbreads, with houmous and has the vegan giardiniera available to order, too.
