London Eatery Launches Vegan-Friendly Brunch and Dinner Menus

The Good Egg restaurant launches vegan-friendly brunch and dinner menus

Good Egg started out as a Middle Eastern-inspired street food vendor. Now, they have a restaurant in Soho and Stoke Newington, London.

They make their food fresh and on a daily basis using the highest quality, most ethically and sustainably sourced ingredients around, working closely with the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA) to find suppliers whose ethics and approach to food align with them as a company.

In line with the SRA’s approach, they have always aimed to serve ‘more veg’ in their restaurants because they recognize that making really exciting
and delicious vegetarian and vegan food is a big way they can promote sustainability in a meaningful way, while, at the same time lessening their
business’ impact on the environment.

This is where their new ‘Green Menu’ comes in – that and the fact that many of their diners and team members follow vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.

The ‘Green menu’ is two separate free-from brunch and dinner menus that feature vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and will be available from September 2019 and menu highlights include an Iraqui streetfood sandwich called a Sabich and a beetroot Reuben sandwich.
