The KFC Imposter Burger proves to be a hit
Last week, the American fast-food chain KFC began a trial for their new Imposter burger. Made from a Quorn chicken fillet and covered in KFC’s famous blend of secret herbs and spices, the Imposter Burger is a vegan version of their classic Original Recipe Fillet Burger.
However, just four days after the launch, it has been announced that the vegan chicken burger has completely sold out, increasing KFC’s sales figures, which is roughly 500% higher than any other launch.
Devastated KFC fans have taken to social media in an attempt to find out when the burger will be available again, to which KFC responded stating that more vegan burgers will be available from 2nd July although, as before, they will only be available in 20 of its 900 stores.
