Iceland Launches More Plant-Based Products this Veganuary

In response to consumer demand, Iceland has continued its year-long plight of introducing customers to a range of plant-based products.

The British supermarket chain that specialises in frozen foods has released a new range of egg-less mayonnaise alternatives.

Traditionally, mayonnaise is made with pasteurised egg yolk, however, Iceland’s vegan mayo is completely egg-free.

The No Yolk Peri Peri Mayonnaise, No Yolk Classic Mayonnaise and No Yolk Garlic Mayonnaise all retail at £1.50 for a 240g bottle.

Plus, their exclusive meat-free options have also proved to be a huge success, with the supermarket launching vegan sausage rolls, Cornetto-style ice cream and chocolate puddings in 2019 then, at the start of 2020, dairy-free pasties and mushroom steaks.
