Cumbrian-based company launch new cake slices
Bells & Whistles launched their plant-based treats at the beginning of this month and are available to buy in Sainsbury’s. The three flavours include: Berry and Cashew, Nut Truffle, and Ginger and Apricot, all coming in at under 120 calories a slice.
Josh Boydell Smith from Bells & Whistles commented: “We’re delighted to offer vegans, vegetarians and anybody else who loves indulgent treats, slices of deliciousness that can be enjoyed anywhere without those pangs of guilt. The slices maybe small, but they deliver a whole lot more as we only use the very best ingredients that make each layer explode with amazing and distinctive textures and flavours.”
The plant-based snacks are also gluten-free, so can be found in Sainsbury’s free-from aisles across the UK at the RRP of £2.75 for a pack of four.
