Priced at £10.50, the burger is made from a beet-lentil-walnut patty, cheddah cheeze and ‘bacon’ made from shiitake mushrooms. This will come with pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion and special sauce, packed inside a potato bun.
The cheezeburger will be made available at all by CHLOE London restaurants, including Oxford Circus, Covent Garden, Tower Bridge, and their newest eatery at London’s O2 Arena.
