Biscuit producer, Burton’s Biscuit Co., is best known for their popular chocolate chip-filled Maryland cookies – but vegan consumers don’t need to wait is any longer! The brand has finally launched a vegan variant of its popular biscuit – Vegan Maryland Cookies.
The company has said that it has released the vegan version to meet increasing shopper demand for mainstream vegan-friendly products.
With a reported 40 per cent increase in people switching to veganism in the last year alone, Burton’s new vegan cookies certainly offer vegan consumers additional indulgence and excitement in their biscuit tin.

Burton’s Biscuit Co has removed whey powder, making them safe to consume not only by vegans, but also by consumers with a milk allergy.
